Meeting Client Needs
One-to-one Support
Psychological support is available to anyone who is undertaking any form of performance. This is not exclusive to the sporting domain but includes music performers, individuals struggling with exam/assessment pressure and performing under pressure within a job role.
Support can take place on a one-to-one basis, and it will encompass an initial intake session of getting to know the client which then proceeds to understanding how they would like to be supported going forward. Presenting issues often include motivation, career transitions, coping with injury, re-injury anxiety and performing under pressure.
A range of psychological therapies and frameworks can be used to provide support where necessary. This includes the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I can facilitate interventions based on psychological theories and therapies.

Group Workshops
I can also deliver workshops to athletes, coaches and other related allied professions (physios, sports medicine etc) to educate on psychological principles undermining high performance. This includes addressing group dynamics, leadership styles, needs-supportive coaching, cultivating confidence and many more areas depending on the needs of a team or client.
